Meet the team in Portslade

Adam Farrell

Adam grew up in Hove and has enjoyed a career in property sales and lettings since the late 1990's. He has well rounded experience in both independent and corporate estate agency, working his way up from Negotiator to Branch Manager and now a Company Director.

Adam passed the highest level exams, and holds a Fellow grade of membership, at the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). He has also achieved a Diploma in Surveying Practice at the College of Estate Management and has recently become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) after passing their Technical Award exams.

Adam joined the Portslade office at the beginning of 2006 when the company was known as Tingleys Estate Agents. Now under the banner of Sawyer & Co, with a hands-on approach to management and a great team, he continues to build on office's success.

Adam is married with three children and now lives in Steyning. He is a keen martial artist and enjoys trail running in the countryside around his home village.

Nick Daley

Senior Negotiator

Nick has lived in Portslade his whole life and his love for the area is reflected in his tremendous ability to sell and let properties. He embarked on his career in Estate Agency straight from college in 2002 and has never looked back. He has a natural flair for the job, partly due to his friendly and professional manner, which allows him to quickly develop a strong rapport with customers and clients. Nick is proud to have passed the Technical Award examinations at the National Association of Estate Agents has become an experienced property valuer.

Nick is a keen footballer and an avid fan of Brighton & Hove Albion.

James Perry

Negotiator

Having returned home in early 2009 from travelling the world, it was clear to James where his career ambitions lay…Estate Agency. With a sales and marketing background he quickly embraced the role of a sales and lettings negotiator. His friendly and honest manner quickly endears him to customers and clients and they are always impressed with attentive and efficient way he deals with their needs.

James is a self confessed gym addict and also a keen distance runner. He is currently living in Hove with his girlfriend.
