Sorry for the delay in writing this letter - we've been busy moving into the wonderful home that I'm not sure we would have moved into had it not been for Lee Cooper!

From the very beginning Lee was brilliant. Lee was helpful, without ever being pushy, straightforward and exceptionally hard-working. This is the 5th property we have bought and can honestly say that Lee was outstanding compared to the many other estate agents we have dealt with. In particular, the London agents who dealt with our sale on this occasion were far from ideal and Lee ended up doing much of what should have been their work for them!

We really helieve that had it not been for Lee's tenacity, charm and diplomacy the chain would have fallen through and we wish to thank him hugely as well as congratulate you on employing someone so fabulous.

Of not Lee Cook was also very good to deal with on the occasions when Lee Cooper was away - please pass our gratitude to him also.

Although we don't now plan to move for a LONG time, if we do we will be sure to use Sawyer & Co again.

We were given a generous amount of time to look around the house and not rushed. We made an offer in immediately and we were told by the agent that it was a good offer. We found out quickly that the offer was accepted and we were able to renegotiate the price following the surveyor's report without any difficulty.
